These little studs saved me, as several of my original posts were missing, and several of them broke off of the repro rear window patch panel when I was trying to install clips. Thanks to these, I was able to replace all missing studs and install my trim properly.
these are great replacements
Usually if you need to replace one of these it is because the metal behind it has rotted. So make your patch panel, drill a hole and screw in the stud. Put a spot weld on the back side before installing the patch on the vehicle. The screw must be mild steel, not stainless because it took the weld perfectly :)
Great piece..Good to have the little things to keep the car looking original
Worked well. Only needed a couple, thankfully.
