Reproduction LATE Solid State Turn Signal Sequential Unit (After 1-2-67) for the 1967 Mercury Cougar
*NOTE* According to Phil Parcels of the National Cougar Data Base Project, the approximate cut off VIN for determining EARLY or LATE 67 is:
Cars with a VIN number higher than this would use the late sequential unit. Cars with a VIN number lower than this would use the early sequential unit.
This solid state turn signal sequential kit eliminates all the mechanical motor-driven sequencers and relays used in the trunks of the 1967 Cougars built after 1-2-67. One system module replaces all these parts found in the Cougar trunk: Sequential flasher and motor (the noisy one), directional relay (the big one) and the emergency relay (5 pin). It plugs into the original wiring harness and mounts in the original location on the original rubber board without any modifications! These units never fail as they are solid state. We have sold hundreds of them with no problems. Comes with a three year warranty.
*NOTE* This new unit replaces all the old units you see pictured to the left.
